Step 1: Combine all the topping ingredients to form a crumb like mixture. Set aside.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x5-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3: Sift flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice together and set aside.
Step 4: In another bowl, mix together pumpkin, oil, sugar, and eggs with mixer. Add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture and mix well.
Step 5: Fold in the apples and nuts. Put the batter in the pan and sprinkle the topping evenly over the top of the loaf.
Step 6: Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 7: Cool in pan for 45 minutes and then remove to rack.
