Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • SALMON
  • 1/2 pound raw salmon (steak)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
  • SAUCE
  • 4 whole fresh mushrooms, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup green beans, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, sliced thin
  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 whole green chilies (can do 6 if you want to bring the heat)
  • 2 shallots, sliced thinly length wise
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Steam the salmon steak with seasoning on, crush garlic and pepper.

  • Step 2: Mix up all liquids in one bowl ,except oil, but add sugar.

  • Step 3: Put oil in pan get hot. Add chili mixture to pan

  • Step 4: Add beans, then shallots, then mushrooms, then bell pepper.

  • Step 5: Add liquids, take off heat add basil.
