Step 1: Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with cold water and bring to the boil over high heat and then reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for 10 minutes or until tender.
Step 2: Add beans for the last minutes and then drain and transfer to a large bowl.
Step 3: Combine mayonnaise, egg. eschalots and 1 tablespoon cold water in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Add mayonnaise mixture and salmon to potato mixture and toss to combine and serve.
Step 5: Salad can be served warm or cold.
