Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 250 grams cooked crab (crabmeat)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 whole chili (birdseye finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon coriander (leaves finely chopped)
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 4 bread slices (sourdough bread lightly toasted)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons basil (leaves small to serve)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat grill/broiler on high.

  • Step 2: In a bowl combine crabmeat, sour cream, chilli, coriander, parmesan and lime juice and season to taste and then spread over toasted sourdough.

  • Step 3: Grill for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and bubbling.

  • Step 4: Scatter over basil leaves to serve.
