  • 1/4 cup yellow onion, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 dash cilantro
  • 4 large cooked shrimp (shelled shrimp, thawed)
  • 2 tablespoons jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 flour tortilla

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat butter over medium heat in saucepan and saute onion until translucent. Stir in rice and spices and cook til heated through.

  • Step 2: Cut tails off shrimp and chop shrimp into chunks. Turn pan down to low, add shrimp and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted and shrimp heated.
