Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 large granny smith apples, cored and finely diced (I did about 1/4" square dice and didn't peel)
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans, finely chopped (I usually use less)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (I triple this)
  • 1/2 cup bourbon whiskey (I use 3/4 cup)
  • 1 cup maple syrup, the real stuff (I use 1 1/2 cups)
