Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • MEATBALLS
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2/3 cup instant non-fat dry milk
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • SAUCE
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
  • 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced dried onion
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix meatballs well. Using a tablespoon, place on cookie sheet.

  • Step 2: Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes (now I would skip this step and just bake balls a little longer in sauce, less steps less pans lol).

  • Step 3: Sauce: while balls are baking cook sauce, then pour balls in casserole. Cover with sauce, cover and bake until bubbly, 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
