Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup low fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup low fat buttermilk
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (you can use low fat; but, I prefer not too with mayonnaise)
  • Cooked turkey or pork bacon, fine diced (1-2 tablespoons)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Worcestershire, to taste (dash)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 scallion, chopped (white and green parts)
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dressing ... Add everything (except the bacon); as well as a pinch of both salt and pepper, to a food processor, and pulse to combine. Make sure that everything is completely mixed through. Taste and re-season if necessary; and, pulse once again. Then, add the bacon, and pulse just until the bacon is combined. If you don't have a food processor, make sure to finely chop the scallion and the herbs.

  • Step 2: Serve and ENJOY! ... Transfer to a small serving bowl or jar, and refrigerate until chilled. I keep mine in a small mason jar. I think it is best after a few hours; although, it can be served immediately. I prefer it served chilled. Will last for 4-5 days in the refrigerator. I usually make enough for 2-3 nights of salads. It is delicious!
