Step 1: Beat eggs until lemon colored and creamy. Stir in cream (I think 1/2 and 1/2 here), milk, sugar, and salt.
Step 2: Sift in flour to make a stiff dough.
Step 3: Turn out on a floured board and knead 7 minutes until elastic and smooth.
Step 4: Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
Step 5: Roll out half the dough at a time. Cut a center in each piece.
Step 6: Fry a few at a time in hot fat 400 degrees Fahrenheit to a golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Step 7: Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
