Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded red onion
  • 1/8 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/3 pound savoy cabbage
  • 1/4 pound napa cabbage
  • 1/16 pound red cabbage

How to Make

  • Step 1: Shred cabbage.

  • Step 2: Whisk first 5 ingredients in small bowl to blend. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper. Place cabbage and onions in large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate).

  • Step 3: Just before serving mix cheese into coleslaw. Transfer to large shallow bowl and serve.
