Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 can (16 ounce) refried beans
  • 1 package (1 ounce) taco seasoning
  • 1 1/4 cups guacamole (fresh)
  • 1 container (8 ounce) sour cream
  • 3/4 cup salsa, well drained (fresh, chunky, spicy or mild)
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 sliced olives, drained
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Canned jalapeno slices
  • Tortilla chips

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, mix together the refried beans and taco seasoning until combined. Spread mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch glass deep dish pie plate.

  • Step 2: Spread the guacamole evenly over the top of the beans. Then spread the sour cream evenly over the guacamole.

  • Step 3: Spoon drained salsa over the top of the sour cream.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle the cheese (any amount) evenly over the salsa.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle the olives and green onions and jalapeno slices (any amount) over the cheese.

  • Step 6: Cover with saran wrap and place in fridge for at least 2 hours or more to chill, before serving.
