Step 1: Cook macaroni according to the package directions.
Step 2: Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Step 3: Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually add cream; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Velveeta cheese until melted.
Step 4: Drain macaroni; add to cheese mixture. Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes or until heated through.
Step 5: Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat and serve.
