  • 1 bottle (1 liter) Ginger Ale
  • 2 cups grapefruit juice (white or pink, 100% grapefruit juice)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (white)
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) Champagne (dry champagne or Prosecco
  • 1 cup green maraschino cherries
  • 1 lime, sliced

How to Make

  • Step 1: In advance, freeze the cranberry juice in 2 or more ice cube trays.

  • Step 2: On the serving day, mix the ginger ale, grapefruit juice, sugar and lime juice - in a large punch bowl.

  • Step 3: Add the champagne.

  • Step 4: Add the cranberry ice cubes and float the lime slices - add the maraschino cherries.
