Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups raw pork, cubed (or 2 cups beef, cubed)
  • 3 tablespoons margarine (or butter)
  • 3 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package (16 ounce) corn, frozen
  • 1 can (16 ounce) tomatoes
  • 5 green chiles, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: In a skillet over medium high heat brown the meat in 1 tablespoon margarine; add the zucchini, onion and the remaining 2 T margarine and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.

  • Step 3: Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour into a casserole dish (2 quarts) and bake for 20 minutes.
