Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cans (6 ounce each) tuna, packed in water
  • 1 jar (4 ounce) pimientos, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups green onions, finely sliced
  • 2 (3 ounces each) gelatin
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • Green olive (one, stuffed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain tuna and flake.

  • Step 2: Drain pimentos and reserve a few for decoration.

  • Step 3: Dissolve gelatin in war water.

  • Step 4: Mix cream cheese, tuna, pimentos, green onions, curry, salt, pepper and dissolved gelatin until well blended.

  • Step 5: Put into a fish shape mold and refrigerate until it settles. About an hour. Get out of the mold. Use sliced olive for the eye.

  • Step 6: Almonds for the scales and reserved pimentos for the tail.

  • Step 7: Serve with crackers, bread, fresh veggie --
