Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2: Butter a 8x8 inch baking pan.
Step 3: In a skillet heat oil. Add onion and garlic and cook a few minutes. Add squeezed thawed spinach and cook stirring about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
Step 4: In a bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise, both cheeses and garlic powder, then spread half into the baking dish, then top with the spinach mixture, then chopped chicken, then lastly, top with the remaining cheese mixture. Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese on top.
Step 5: Bake for 45 minutes.
