Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds pollock fish fillets (4 fillets)
  • 3/4 cup sour cream (not the low fat or fat free kind)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (Lawry's Seasoning salt)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs (divided)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375F, then grease a baking dish.

  • Step 2: In a bowl combine sour cream with garlic powder, parmesan cheese, melted butter, salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Place fish fillets in greased baking dish.

  • Step 4: Spread the sour cream mixture over all the fillets (make sure to get the sides also) then sprinkle each fillet to with 1/4 cup breadcrumbs.

  • Step 5: Bake uncovered 22-25 minutes (baking time may be more, it will depend on the thickness of the fish).
