Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375F, then grease a baking dish.
Step 2: In a bowl combine sour cream with garlic powder, parmesan cheese, melted butter, salt and pepper.
Step 3: Place fish fillets in greased baking dish.
Step 4: Spread the sour cream mixture over all the fillets (make sure to get the sides also) then sprinkle each fillet to with 1/4 cup breadcrumbs.
Step 5: Bake uncovered 22-25 minutes (baking time may be more, it will depend on the thickness of the fish).
