Step 1: Saute sausage meat and garlic in oil in large pot until beef starts to brown. Add onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes with the juice, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Drain and rinse beans and add to the pot. Also add beef stock, oregano, Tabasco, spaghetti sauce and small paste. Add chopped parsley. Simmer until celery and carrots are tender, about 45 minutes.
Step 3: Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
