Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 24 clams
  • STUFFING
  • 1 tablespoon fresh garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup oil (olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, chopped
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • PAN JUICE
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: In pan juice that is on cookie sheet put clams in 350 degree oven until they open slightly. Take of top make sure clam juice goes into pan.

  • Step 2: Mix stuffing and put on top of clams.

  • Step 3: Bake for 20 minutes make sure you always have liquid in pan.

  • Step 4: Broil last couple of minutes.
