Step 1: Place a piece of butter or lard in saucepan. Add chicken that has been cut into pieces.
Step 2: Peel the kohlrabi, then cut into strips or dice, add to chicken, then salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3: Cover and stew over a moderate heat half hour before done add dumplings.
Step 4: For dumplings; (I`m not sure if you add water here or not ) beat eggs with milk, add salt and baking powder, then add enough dough to make a medium stiff dough.
Step 5: Divide this into 4 parts. Place over chicken and cover the kettle.
Step 6: When the dumplings are half done, turn them over, when they are done, them out
Step 7: Add a little hot water to liquid thicken with a little flour and water mixed together serve each the chicken kohlrabi and gravy separately.
