  • 1 lemon, juiced (do not used jarred, it is too tart)
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1/2 tablespoon mustard (old fashioned grainy mustard)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
