  • 1 can (15 ounce) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 can (8 ounce) evaporated milk
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix flour and oil in skillet over medium heat until brown, stirring constantly.
