Step 1: Take the skin off of the drumsticks and discard.
Step 2: Mix together the Montreal steak spice and garlic and rub it over the drumsticks.
Step 3: Wrap two slices of bacon around each drumstick and wrap them individually and tightly with a double layer of foil.
Step 4: Place these on a baking sheet and cook in a pre-heated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes turning them half way through.
Step 5: Carefully unwrap the chicken, if you want the bacon crispier you can place them under the broiler for a couple of minutes until as crispy as you like.
Step 6: If using BBQ sauce, brush the drumsticks with it.
Step 7: Enjoy!
