Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 12 ounces chicken legs (4 legs, 3oz each)
  • 250 grams bacon (8 slices)
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal steak spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • BBQ sauce (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Take the skin off of the drumsticks and discard.

  • Step 2: Mix together the Montreal steak spice and garlic and rub it over the drumsticks.

  • Step 3: Wrap two slices of bacon around each drumstick and wrap them individually and tightly with a double layer of foil.

  • Step 4: Place these on a baking sheet and cook in a pre-heated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes turning them half way through.

  • Step 5: Carefully unwrap the chicken, if you want the bacon crispier you can place them under the broiler for a couple of minutes until as crispy as you like.

  • Step 6: If using BBQ sauce, brush the drumsticks with it.

  • Step 7: Enjoy!
