  • 1 carrot (cooked crunchy, diced, can cook with pasta)
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 5 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
