Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup yellow onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 bread bun (lightly buttered)
  • 1/8 pound ground beef (shaped into patty)
  • Dash pepper
  • 1 cheese slice (smoked gouda if you can get it)
  • 1 teaspoon whiskey (Jack Daniels)
  • 1 tomato slice, optional
  • 1 leaf lettuce,optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grill bun until light brown. Add buuer and onions on one side of pan, ground beef patty on other side. Cook until onions are caramel and burger is how you like it

  • Step 2: Add cheese cook til it melts.

  • Step 3: Turn off stove add teaspoon Jack Daniels to onions, let sizzle in hot pan a moment

  • Step 4: On bun top with meat then onions then veggies, then top bun.
