  • 12 pickling cucumbers (sliced thin)
  • SAUCE
  • 2 cups vinegar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dry ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brine the pickles over night; drain.
