Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces bone-in skin-on chicken breasts (2 chicken breasts)
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot Sauce)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the hot sauce, mayonnaise, soy sauce, oil, oregano, hot pepper flakes and garlic in a large re-sealable plastic bag and swish to mix well.

  • Step 2: Poke the chicken a few times with a fork to pierce the meat and add to the marinade; swish again to coat.

  • Step 3: Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours, swish the sauce around the chicken every couple of hours or so.

  • Step 4: Pour the contents of the bag on a rimmed baking dish that has been coated with non-stick spray.

  • Step 5: Bake in a pre-heated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven, uncovered, until cooked through and no longer pink, about 1 hour. (If sauce begins to stick, add a bit of water)

  • Step 6: Enjoy!
