Step 1: Place the hot sauce, mayonnaise, soy sauce, oil, oregano, hot pepper flakes and garlic in a large re-sealable plastic bag and swish to mix well.
Step 2: Poke the chicken a few times with a fork to pierce the meat and add to the marinade; swish again to coat.
Step 3: Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours, swish the sauce around the chicken every couple of hours or so.
Step 4: Pour the contents of the bag on a rimmed baking dish that has been coated with non-stick spray.
Step 5: Bake in a pre-heated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven, uncovered, until cooked through and no longer pink, about 1 hour. (If sauce begins to stick, add a bit of water)
Step 6: Enjoy!
