The ingredients are:
  • 7 carrots (grated into long thin strands)
  • 4 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons whole coriander (coarsely cracked)
  • 4 tablespoons oil (sunflower)
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey

How to Make

  • Step 1: Saute onion in 1 tablespoon oil just until soft

  • Step 2: Add to rest of ingredients in large bowl, cover and put in frig at least 5 hours. Says it keeps for a day
