Step 1: Crust: Combine all ingredients in a food processor or with an electric mixer until blended.
Step 2: Press evenly into 15"X10" jelly roll pan. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes
Step 3: Filling: spread pecan halves evenly over crust.Take time to place pecans right side up
Step 4: In large heavy saucepan,melt butter and honey. Add brown sugar and boil 5-7 minutes stirring constantly until a rich golden colour
Step 5: Remove from heat and stir in cream. Mix well and pour over pecans(base).
Step 6: Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool and cut into bars
