  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 14 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 7 ounce marshmellow cream
  • 1 1/2 cups walnuts, coarsely chopped15

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine sugar, sour cream and butter in a medium sized pan.

  • Step 2: Bring mixture to a rolling boil, stirring constantly.

  • Step 3: Boil for 7 minutes or if using a candy thermometer bring it to a soft ball stage.

  • Step 4: Remove pan from heat and stir in white chocolate until melted.

  • Step 5: Add marshmallow cream and walnuts.

  • Step 6: Beat by hand until completely blended.

  • Step 7: Spread into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan.

  • Step 8: Cool at room temperature.
