Step 1: In a medium sized pan, melt butter over low heat.
Step 2: Bring heat up to medium and add milk and brown sugar.
Step 3: Continue stirring until you've reached soft ball stage.
Step 4: Remove from heat.
Step 5: Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth and thick like fudge.
Step 6: Add chopped nuts.
Step 7: Spread into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan.
Step 8: When cooled, cut into squares.
