Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can green beans
  • 1 (14 ounce) can yellow beans
  • 1 (14 ounce) can kidney beans (or mixed beans)
  • 1 large Spanish or white onion; sliced paper thin
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1//2 cup Mazola oil (no substitutes)
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Drain green & yellow beans. Drain and rinse kidney beans. Add onion slices to beans.

  • Step 2: Whisk all other ingredients together and pour over beans. Let sit, refrigerated, at least overnight.

  • Step 3: Drain or serve with a slotted spoon. If you drain, keep dressing to put leftovers back in. Keeps for several days in refrigerator.
