  • 1 bay leaf

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Barberries, optional
  • BRINE
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 cup vinegar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring brine to a boil adding herbs, spices and onions. Cook 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and tomatoes.
