Step 1: Pour 1/2 cup dressing over meat in large shallow baking dish. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Place meat, bone side down, in roasting pan.
Step 3: Bake 1 hour 45 min.
Step 4: Mix remaining dressing, herbs and garlic.
Step 5: Brush meat with dressing mixture.
Step 6: Bake an additional 30-40 mins or until 150 Fahrenheit; remove from oven.
Step 7: Cover with foil; let stand 15-20 min or until 160 Fahrenheit for medium doneness before slicing.
