  • 8 to 12 ounces filtered water
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil (organic virgin coconut oil not refined)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (Bragg's raw vinegar)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons juice from organic lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (or 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated)
  • Pinch cayenne powder (optional)
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon honey (raw)
  • Peppermint essential oil, optional (1 to 2 drops Peppermint)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place water, coconut oil, cinnamon, ginger and cayenne in a small pot. Mix well and simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
