Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Also prepare and grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Step 2: Now take a large bowl and sieve together the baking powder, flour, sugar and salt. Stir milk after adding vanilla to it. Used the stirred vanilla milk and melted butter to pour over the dry ingredients. Now stir thoroughly till the dry contents are moistened.
Step 3: Take all the contents and spread on the previously prepared baking dish. Smooth the level using a spatula in order to obtain a perfect shape.
Step 4: Now for the topping, mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Sprinkle the mixture on the batter in the pan. Shake the pan gradually in order to dispense the topping evenly.
Step 5: Sprinkle the small cubes of butter over the topping gently, then press the butter cubes into the topping gently so that they are not visible to naked eyes.
Step 6: Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. You may use a trick to find out if the dish is ready. Insert a toothpick into the center and bake till it comes out clean.
Step 7: Drizzle the glaze over. And your Cinnamon Flop is ready to be devoured.
