Step 1: In a large skillet heat oil over medium high heat, stir in vegetables (onion - garlic) and saute until tender.
Step 2: Cook orzo according to package directions, using broth instead of water. During last two minutes of cooking time add spinach. Drain well and place in bowl or serving dish.
Step 3: Stir in the beans, onion mixture, salt and pepper. Toss.
