Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 24 ounces pickerel fish fillets (4 fillets, 6 ounces each)
  • 1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup potato flakes (mashed)
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 450F.

  • Step 2: Mix together the crumbs, potato flakes and parmesan.

  • Step 3: Season the fillets with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4: Press the crumbs onto both sides of the fillet.

  • Step 5: Flip and press more crumbs onto the fish.

  • Step 6: Place on a baking tray either lightly oiled or that has "relesse" foil on it.

  • Step 7: Bake until the fish flakes easily.
