Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 large (1 1/4 pound) broccoli head
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 3 to 5 ounces sliced bacon (cooked, crumbled, 3-5 slices)
  • 46 grams sunflower seeds (1 cup)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Soaked the raisins in water for 20 minutes, meanwhile chop the broccoli into very small pieces.

  • Step 2: Mix it with the onions, cheddar cubes and bacon.

  • Step 3: For the dressing mix mayo, vinegar and sugar all together.

  • Step 4: Add raisins and sunflower seeds to broccoli mix.

  • Step 5: Mix a little dressing at a time, you may not need to use all of it.
