Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into pieces)
  • 2 teaspoons dry Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • Cooked pasta (enough for 4 servings)
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienne cut
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • Frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry (1 box)
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Thaw spinach and squeeze dry between paper towels.

  • Step 2: Heat olive oil in skillet. Add garlic and chicken, ssprinkle with salt, pepper and Italian seasonings. Continue to cook until chicken is cooked and golden brown. Remove chicken from pan.

  • Step 3: Place red pepper in skillet. Add wine, spinach and cream; boil. Cook until sauce starts to slightly thicken. Complete by stirring in Parmesan Cheese and chicken pieces.
