The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups 2% milk
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 ounces semisweet chocolate (chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whisk milk, agave, cocoa, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, cayenne, and sea salt in small, heavy-bottomed saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add chocolate and whisk until completely melted.

  • Step 2: Remove from heat, strain, and divide among 9 ice-pop molds (3 oz each).

  • Step 3: Freeze until solid, at least 6 hours, before serving.
