  • 1/2 ounce rum (dark rum, Flor de Cana!)
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 1/2 ounce coconut cream
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon grenadine
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the rums, Cointreau, coconut cream and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake for about 30 seconds, until ice crystals form.

  • Step 2: Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with the grenadine, and the pineapple juice if you're using it.
