  • 1 1/2 pounds turnip (peeled and diced)
  • 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable bouillon granules (can use chicken bouillon granules)
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the diced turnip in the actifry cooker and drizzle with oil; cook for 25 minutes.

  • Step 2: In the mean time, mix together the remaining ingredients; set aside.

  • Step 3: After the 25 minutes are up, drizzle the turnip with the molasses mixture and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, until the molasses have coated and stick to the turnip.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with salt if you like and serve right away.
