Step 1: In a small bowl mix the all the ingredients until well mixed.
Step 2: Place the Salmon in a shallow dish (I use a 9x9 inch baking pan, if your using long fillets, a 11x7 inch works good).
Step 3: Place in the refrigerator and marinade for 1 hour (no longer than an hour or the salmon will fall apart when you grill it) turn the fish after 30 minutes.
