Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar (packed)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl mix the all the ingredients until well mixed.

  • Step 2: Place the Salmon in a shallow dish (I use a 9x9 inch baking pan, if your using long fillets, a 11x7 inch works good).

  • Step 3: Place in the refrigerator and marinade for 1 hour (no longer than an hour or the salmon will fall apart when you grill it) turn the fish after 30 minutes.
