Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces dry spaghetti
  • 1 can (10 ounce) chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons oil (olive oil)
  • 3 cups celery, sliced
  • 1 cup brussels sprout,sliced in half (optional)
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced in thin strips
  • 5 green onions, sliced diagonally in 1 inch pieces
  • 1 carrot, sliced thinly
  • Simply Asia sweet and spicy Saigon Seasoning (1 teaspoon, If you can't find this, add one teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar and a touch of cayenne) Won't be the exact same, but it would work.

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions and drain. Meanwhile, in a cup combine chicken broth, soy sauce, seasoning and cornstarch. Set aside.

  • Step 2: In a large sauce pan or wok, heat oil until hot, add the veggies and cook until tender crisp. About 3 minutes. Stir in the chicken broth mixture now. Cook and stir until mixture thickens, about 1 minute. Add in the spaghetti noodles, and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
