  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Parmesan cheese, to sprinkle (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Peel the sweet potato and slice it into 1/2 inch thick rounds.

  • Step 2: Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

  • Step 4: Bake in a 375 degree Fahrenheit oven, until cooked through, turning every 15 minutes.

  • Step 5: Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if using.
