Step 1: Heat pan to medium.
Step 2: Melt coconut oil in pan.
Step 3: Mix all ingredients.
Step 4: Add and mix in melted coconut oil to batter saving some behind for cooking.
Step 5: Pour batter into hot pan.
Step 6: Optional - add fruit to pancake as cooking (I usually put in some frozen blueberries but have used banana too).
Step 7: Flip when starting to bubble and brown.
Step 8: Serve when the second side is brown.
