  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper (ground)
  • 1 small lemon, juiced (or 3-4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice)
  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt, to taste
