Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 6 to 8 ounce salmon fillet
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1 teaspoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (smoked)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the white wine, olive oil, liquid smoke, paprika, oregano and garlic powder in a re-sealable plastic bag.

  • Step 2: Add the salmon, gently swish to make sure the marinade is distributed evenly over the fish, seal bag and refrigerate for 4 hours.

  • Step 3: Remove fish from marinade and place on a rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with non-stick spray and sprinkle with slat and pepper.

  • Step 4: Place in a 450 degree Fahrenheit oven and bake for about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of fish, until it flakes easily when poked with a fork.

  • Step 5: Remove from oven and serve.
