Step 1: Mix together the white wine, olive oil, liquid smoke, paprika, oregano and garlic powder in a re-sealable plastic bag.
Step 2: Add the salmon, gently swish to make sure the marinade is distributed evenly over the fish, seal bag and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step 3: Remove fish from marinade and place on a rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with non-stick spray and sprinkle with slat and pepper.
Step 4: Place in a 450 degree Fahrenheit oven and bake for about 15 minutes, depending on thickness of fish, until it flakes easily when poked with a fork.
Step 5: Remove from oven and serve.
