Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (creamy)
  • 1 lime, whole (juiced and zested)
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar (seasoned)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons gingerroot, minced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped (including stems)
  • 1/4 cup oil (peanut oil, can use grapeseed or canola, too)
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce (sriracha chili sauce, or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons water (as needed)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Throw all ingredients EXCEPT the salt and water in the blender and process until very smooth. Taste and adjust siracha to your preference. Add salt if necessary (depends on your peanut butter, if you need any at all).

  • Step 2: The dressing will be very thick. Add a bit of water, a little at a time, until it reaches the consistency you're looking for. The sauce will be brownish with flecks of cilantro.
